FIG & APRICOT
Baked with Turkish sultanas, diced dried apricots & figs with a fruit content of over 50%. This recipe is made with Traditional salted butter & black treacle to give a rich dark colour & flavour. Hand decorated with dried apricot pieces.
DATE & WALNUT
This classic flavour combination is baked with over 46% of premium chopped dates. With light amber walnuts, butter & golden syrup, it is hand decorated with one whole date & walnut pieces.
CHERRY & ALMOND
Baked with over 47% vine fruits, cherries & almonds, this recipe is made with Traditional salted butter & black treacle resulting in a deliciously rich moist fruit cake. Hand decorated with purple & gold cherries, flaked & whole almonds.
