Horseradish Cream

A recipe that takes freshly grated horseradish and through the use of alchemy turns it into something creamy and delicious that can add zing to pretty much anything it touches. A classic accompaniment to roast beef, it also works wonderfully paired with smoked fish, in a potato salad or as the basis of a dressing for a beetroot and apple salad.
